Today a federal judge approved the unconditional release of John Hinckley Jr. Remember, he's the man who shot and wounded President Ronald Reagan and three others in 1981. Hinckley was found not guilty by reason of insanity and then confined to a mental facility for decades. The judge said Hinckley could be freed from all restrictions. That's as soon as next June.
