Jilted husband wins $8.8M against man who had affair with his wife
A jilted husband has won $8.8 million in a lawsuit against a man who had an affair with his wife. Keith King of Durham cited an obscure state law known as "alienation of affection," which exists in only a few states. His attorney said his wife's affair hit the revenue of King's company. His wife worked for that company.
