Israel's president to address Congress as concerns grow over Israeli hardline policies
Israeli President Isaac Herzog will address a joint meeting of Congress Wednesday with relations between the U.S. and Israel seemingly at a crossroads over recent policy decisions by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and comments by several Democratic lawmakers.
