Iran's foreign minister claims U.S. strikes "heavily and seriously damaged" nuclear sites

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told CBS News he doubts negotiations with the U.S. will resume quickly, but isn't shutting down the idea of diplomacy in the near future.
