Illegal annexation of territory by Russia doesn't halt Ukraine forces
The day after Russian President Vladimir Putin illegally claimed to have annexed four Ukraine provinces, Ukrainian forces handed Russia one of its most humiliating defeats yet, at the strategically-important city of Lyman in the Donetsk region. CBS News correspondent Charlie D'Agata reports.
