Hurricane Dorian begins inching northwest as Category 2
Millions of people in Florida are bracing for Hurricane Dorian as the storm moves out of the Bahamas. Tuesday morning the storm was lowered to a Category 2, but authorities are still warning of damaging winds and life-threatening storm surge in affected areas.
