More than 4 million people have fled Ukraine since Russia began its invasion. As people leave the war-torn country, humanitarian workers are headed to the border to bring help. Kate Dischino, vice president of emergency programs at Americares, speaks to CBS News from Romania about the humanitarian crisis.
