EPA chief Lee Zeldin says he can "absolutely" guarantee deregulatory cuts won't harm health
As the Trump administration announced 31 environmental deregulatory measures in March alone, EPA administrator Lee Zeldin tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that these "absolutely" won't have adverse health effects, and Americans "want us to make sure that we are applying common sense." The decisions are the start of what's expected to be a yearslong effort to repeal or revise dozens of environmental rules, much to the dismay of climate experts and advocates.
