Dr. Scott Gottlieb says drug shortage is a "longstanding problem"
Former FDA commissioner Dr. Scott Gottlieb tells "Face the Nation" that there's a "high level" of drugs in shortage right now, which he said is at the highest level since 2014 — which has been a problem since he was at the FDA in 2003.
