Black man left paralyzed after Texas police shooting
Fort Worth, Texas. police dash cam footage released Wednesday shows David Collie walking away from police when an officer shot him, leaving him paralyzed. The cops were investigating a robbery, but Collie was cleared of any wrongdoing. Omar Villafranca reports.
