After being wrongly imprisoned for 46 years, Detroit artist achieves great success

Artist Richard Phillips served 46 years in prison for a murder he did not commit. After being exonerated and released in 2018, he has been able to use his art sales to buy a new house, a car and even a dog. Steve Hartman has his story in "On the Road."
