200,000 homes and businesses without power in South Carolina after Dorian

Hurricane Dorian gave coastal South Carolina a beating on Thursday. On Friday morning, Charleston is beginning to survey the damage. Dorian's eye passed within 55 miles of the city, bringing heavy rain and wind gusts of more than 70 mph. Jamie Yuccas reports.
