Why some private schools are not accepting Texas school choice vouchers

More than 35,000 families have registered for Texas school choice vouchers since the window opened on Wednesday. Participation for private schools is optional, and not all of them are choosing to accept the vouchers. Lacey Beasley spoke with the leader of one school that is not participating.
