Weeks after deadly Central Texas floods, residents say relief funds aren’t reaching them

More than two weeks after the deadly July 4 floods in the Texas Hill Country, $60 million has been raised for relief. But some Kerr County residents say they’re still struggling to access help. Only $9.4 million has been distributed so far, according to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, which oversees the fund.
