Watauga house fire kills one, injures another
A late‑night house fire in Watauga killed one person and sent another to the hospital for smoke inhalation, according to officials. Neighbors said the home was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived just after 11 p.m. Friday. Two dogs also died, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
