Unitedhealth Group's CEO apologizes for data breach

Unitedhealth Group CEO Andrew Witty apologized to patients and doctors during a Congressional hearing about a ransomware attack. It's estimated that one-third of Americans may have had personal data stolen when criminals hacked the system.
