U.S. Postal Service shielded from lawsuit when mail intentionally not delivered, SCOTUS says

A North Texas landlord filed a lawsuit accusing two employees at a post office in Euless of marking some of her tenants mail as undeliverable or return to sender despite an order from the Inspector General. Justice Clarence Thomas said the federal law that generally shields the postal service from certain lawsuits includes the intentional non-delivery of mail.
