Texas Supreme Court delays deposition of AG Ken Paxton
The Texas Supreme Court has temporarily blocked an order for AG Ken Paxton to answer questions under oath in a lawsuit brought by his former employees. The Texas Supreme Court agreed to give both sides until Feb. 29 to present their arguments.
