Texas shops dump Delta‑8 and Delta‑10 products as new statewide ban takes effect
Texas shops were forced to pull Delta‑8, Delta‑10, and other hemp‑derived THC products by Thursday, and one Irving store tossed much of its inventory just before midnight to comply with the new statewide ban. The owner said the shop has already lost about $30,000 in sales and cut employee hours as enforcement ramps up.
