Texas Gov. Abbott signs over 300 bills into law

Among the most notable are two bills aimed at supporting rural health care services. Another known as "The Life of the Mother Act", which gives doctors more clarity on criteria that allow for abortions, under the state's near total ban. The governor also signed what's known as "Trey's Law." It ends the use of non-disclosure agreements, or NDAs, against sex abuse victims
