Texas attorney general launches investigation into Celina ISD amid scandal involving coach’s son

Attorney General Ken Paxton is investigating Celina ISD after longtime head football coach Bill Elliott was placed on leave and his son, former middle school coach Caleb Elliott, was charged with secretly filming boys in a locker room.
