Terrorism not suspected in Liverpool parade crash that injured 27
A 53-year-old White British man from the Liverpool area was arrested shortly after the incident, according to Assistant Chief Constable Jennifer Sims. Investigators believe the incident was isolated and no other suspects are being sought.
