TEA names conservator to oversee Lake Worth ISD during state takeover

The TEA appointed Andrew Kim as conservator of Lake Worth ISD. One of the district's schools has received a failing grade for five consecutive years. Kim has previously served as a superintendent and is currently the conservator of another school district near El Paso.
