Tarrant County commissioner claims rave reviews of county jail not completely accurate

About a month ago, the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office says it got rave reviews from the U.S. Department of Justice's National Institute of Corrections. But at Tuesday's County Commissioner's meeting, Commissioner Alisa Simmons said the public was misled.
