Suspect grabbed Dallas ISD officer's gun, shot officer, affidavit says
Investigators say Jose Morales was walking on a center median of LBJ Freeway near Midway Thursday morning when a Dallas ISD officer on patrol offered to drive him to a nearby Walmart.
