Suspect arrested in hit-and-run that killed Dallas comedian Henry Cruz

Nearly three weeks after Dallas comedian Henry Cruz was killed in a hit-and-run near Deep Ellum, police have arrested a suspect. Friends who witnessed the crash say Cruz was struck just steps away from where they stood and that the driver never stopped to help.
