Suspect arrested after shooting at Austin Central Library; one hospitalized

Austin police are investigating a shooting that occurred just after noon Saturday at the Austin Central Library. One person was shot and taken to the hospital with serious but stable injuries. The suspect fled the scene but was arrested in South Austin around 1:30 p.m.
