State files motion to dismiss felony securities fraud case against AG Ken paxton

Over a year ago, Paxton agreed to a deal to pay nearly $300,000 in restitution, complete community service and go through ethics training. Wednesday, special prosecutors announced he fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the deal and the motions were filed.
