Some “Tippy Toes” baby food recalled for health risk
Initiative Foods has recalled a single lot of its Tippy Toes apple, pear and banana fruit puree due to elevated levels of patulin. It’s a naturally occurring substance, which is produced by molds that may grow in various fruits.
