Showers possible to the south as North Texas stays dry and hot

Through the end of the week, a few sea breeze showers and storms will be possible for cities to the southeast of the metroplex, but most of North Texas will stay dry. As the ridge of high pressure continues to strengthen through the weekend, highs will climb into the upper 90s by Saturday and Sunday.
