RSV vaccines for adults as young as 50

Some adults as young as 50 could be eligible to receive the RSV vaccine. The FDA is considering an extension of its approval of the drug. If the extension is approved, it would be available for adults ages 50 to 59 who are at increased risk of severe infection due to underlying medical conditions.
