Ribbon-cutting ceremony to be held to celebrate completion of I-635 East in Garland
The Texas Department of Transportation will host an official ribbon-cutting to mark the ceremonial end of the I-635 East project in Garland. The interchange was widened, with improvements to city street connections to improve safety.
