Rep. Gene Wu defiant after Gov. Abbott's petition to remove him from office

Wu said that despite the governor's petition to remove him from office, he will not return to the Texas Capitol by this Friday, which is the day Speaker Dustin Burrows set for the House to hold its session to vote on the newly drawn Congressional maps.
