Rain, winds move into North Texas

Scattered showers and storms will be expected; some storms may even reach severe limits. In fact, the Storm Prediction Center has highlighted a marginal risk for cities to the north of I-20. Winds of 60 mph or stronger are the primary threat Monday night.
