Police: Kansas City parade shooting caused by a "personal dispute"

The mayor and police chief of Kansas City, Missouri updated the public on the investigation into Wednesday's shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl parade. Three people are in custody, but have not yet been charged.
