Neighbor fatally shoots man who was allegedly dragging woman, Fort Worth police say
Police said a man and a woman were having a verbal and physical argument. Witnesses said that the man was dragging the woman down the street with a machete in his hand. Neighbors heard the woman screaming for help, and one resident came to her aid.
