Names of Kerr County flood victims released, as two remain missing
Officials released the names of 117 victims from the devastating Fourth of July floods in Kerr County. Two people remain missing, including Jeff Ramsey, 63, of Lewisville. His wife, Tanya, was among the deceased. The couple had been staying at a RV Park when the Guadalupe River rapidly rose.
