Mother alleges abuse of son by Midlothian ISD teacher, describes experience as "torture"

Kristen Perez said Jackson was recently diagnosed with high-functioning Autism, which led her to transfer her son to the special ed program at McClatchey Elementary. She said when the alleged abuse happened, it was only his third day in that classroom.
