More than 1,800 pounds of illegal fireworks seized in Dallas, police say
It was a busy Fourth of July weekend for the Dallas Police Department. Officers confiscated more than 1,800 pounds of fireworks in two different parts of the city, with more than 1,400 coming from a U-Haul. Officers also responded to several shootings.
