Man shot and killed by police during welfare check in Frisco

A man is dead following an officer-involved shooting in Frisco on Thursday morning. Police were called to a welfare check on McKinney Road after reports that a man was armed with a knife and harming himself. Officers found the man in a wooded area of Frisco Commons Park.
