Man hurt in Carrollton house explosion files lawsuit
Sergio Valdes, who was hurt in a Carrollton homeless explosion Saturday morning, is suing Atmos Energy for gross negligence and failing to properly monitor for gas leaks. Valdes, who is still in the hospital, was severely burned on his face and arms during the explosion.
