Man charged in death of Grand Prairie officer

22-year-old Colbie Hoffman has been charged with evading arrest and detention causing death in connection with the death of Officer Brandon Tsai. Hoffman has also been booked on 8 outstanding warrants out of Grand Prairie and other North Texas cities.
