Leander man charged in deadly crash that killed five Dallas-area friends
A Leander man has been arrested and charged with five counts of manslaughter following a July 25 crash in Burnet County that killed five young women from the Dallas area. Authorities say Kody Lane Talley veered into oncoming traffic on U.S. 281, striking two vehicles, including an SUV carrying the victims, who were on a birthday trip. Talley is being held on a $1 million bond.
