Lawmakers are gearing up for a fourth special session. On the agenda t's taxpayer finance education savings account for some students to attend private school. The governor is also trying to boost state funding for school districts and teacher pay, pushing for a bill that would make it a state crime for a migrant to cross into Texas illegally and he wants more funding for a state border wall.
