Kerrville community gathers for healing service at flood memorial "Wall of Hope"
More than a year after the deadly Hill Country flood, Kerrville residents are coming together for a healing service focused on grief, mental health and recovery. At the center of it all is the “Wall of Hope,” a once-makeshift memorial now in storage, with its future still uncertain as the community continues to process loss and look toward healing.
