Irving prepares for FIFA World Cup security challenges as AT&T Stadium hosts 9 matches next year

Irving police are asking council members to set aside $1.7 to $5.9 million in overtime. A vote on the matter won't likely happen until the police know which teams are coming to stay, practice, and get transported from Irving.
