Houston school district going to trial over student wearing locs
A high school near Houston is going to trial over punishing a Black student for his hairstyle. 18-year-old Darryl George has been serving in-school suspension at Barbers Hill High School since August. That's when he refused to change his locs, which the district claimed violated their current dress code policy.
