Here's what lawmakers are going to focus on during the special session

The third special session this year will officially start 10/9 at 1 p.m. Gov. Abbott decides on the agenda. Lawmakers will focus on education savings accounts, border security and a ban on COVID-19 vaccine mandates for employees.
