"Guardian Program" at Fort Worth diocese keeping campuses safe, bishop says

Bishop Olson said their diocese is one of the most secure in the country thanks to what they call the "Guardian Program." He says it was started by a local police officer several years ago, and ensures trained volunteers are deployed across Fort Worth diocese campuses at any given time.
