Granbury residents sue city over handling of massive data center proposal
A proposed nearly 2,000‑acre data center project in Granbury has moved from city‑council debate to the courts. A group of Hood County residents has filed a lawsuit against the City of Granbury and its leadership, accusing officials of willfully withholding details about the development near Highway 377. City leaders declined to comment on the allegations.
